Shandong Provincial Oilfield Cementing and Fracturing Unit Technology Research Center
Shangdong oilfield cementing and fracturing equipment engineering technology research center was founded relying on Jereh Group and is integrated with the R&D center of Yantai Jereh Petroleum Equipment and Technologies Co. Ltd.. This research center consists of seven professional labs including cementing, fracturing, fluid control, automatic control, nitrogen pumping, coiled tubing unit, and industrial design & standardization. The R&D center has over 70 specialists and most of them have college above education background and junior or senior technical post. The center mainly focuses on researching basic theory of cementing and fracturing equipments, development and application of new technology and new products, and cultivation of technical talents in this field. Guided by the principle of "Technology Innovation, Industry Serve Country", the center aims at seeking for a better way to combine the science and economy, strengthening the middle procedures to transfer the scientific research achievements into productive forces faster, promoting the integrated and comprehensive engineering research achievements to upgrade to a higher technology industry according to the industrialization demands of the enterprise, and actively promoting the continuous improvement of cementing and fracturing equipments. |
Jereh established a committee that consists of experts of high technology, engineering and management of Jereh Group, China Petroleum University and Yantai University in this field to guide the research work. The center started at a high level and specific aims and insists on independent research and innovation with absorbed foreign advanced technology, which ensures the research direction and achievements are always globally up to date. Being introduced the overseas new design concept through the center and combining with the domestic oilfields' practices, Jereh has absorbed and applied the concepts into the research of cementing and fracturing equipment quickly, which drove Jereh developed as a leader in manufacturing of oilfield equipments in China. Jereh Group and its subsidiary company, Yantai Jereh Petroleum Equipment & Technologies Co., Ltd. is dedicated in new products development and application of research achievements, and has provided a batch of advanced equipments and technical services for domestic oilfield customers, which played a leading role of new technology and crafts application in cementing and fracturing units. The products of Jereh Group have three series including cementing unit, fracturing unit and natural gas compression unit.
The main products include single (twin) pump cementing truck (skid), various model of fracturing truck (skid), automatic continuous mixing skid, batch mixing skid, single (twin) pump acidizing unit, automatic acid blending skid, sand mixing skid, liquid nitrogen pump truck (skid), coiled tubing unit and natural gas compression unit etc. With reliable performance, competitive price and delivery time as well as satisfying after-sale service, Jereh’s oilfield equipments gained high reputation amongst the domestic and overseas customers, which resulted in geminately order increase for Jereh. Jereh's oilfield equipment was sold to over 20 domestic onshore and offshore oilfields such as Daqing oilfield and COSL, and also exported to Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States, Britain, Australia, Mexico and Middle East. |
