Adopt a startup control function key. The system display interface adopts Wysiwyg dynamic graphical design which makes the whole system process is easy to be operated. The operator only needs simply familiar and then he can do the preliminary operation. Adopt twin auger sand packing control which realizes manual automatic switching and makes the whole sand packing control process is more flexible. The section control and the continuous control could be switched and reset at any time which provides a great flexibility for working jobsite adjustment. This system greatly simplifies the control process with good effect.

This system is independently researched and designed by Jereh. It realizes the working jobsite automatic configured for acid job. The acid liquid configured with high accuracy realizes simultaneous control complex additive of 6 liquid and 3 dry powder and control the acid concentration in 2%. Realize the automatic tracking of data for the level, concentration and flow rate control. The display interface adopts advanced wysiwyg dynamic graphical design. The whole system is easy to be operated. Chinese-English and metric-british system realizes automatic switching function. Realize flexible control design and remote data acquisition according to requirement. This system is the sole on-line automatic acid liquid control system.

The system adopts the Ethernet protocol data system, adopting the world famous brand control platform. The transmission rate for this system reaches 100MB/s. Wired single node control distance reaches to 105m. And realize the gathered control for more than dozens of fracturing and sand blending etc. truck and skid. The interface of this control system is open which makes the replacement of spare parts more convenient and fast, also realizes the second open for C language and Basic language and apply the SQL Server in the control system. The system of data recorded by compressed form, make more data collection, can record up to hundreds of dozens of GB bytes historical data. By using open interface format, realized transmitting the working jobsites to the satellite launch stations through wireless communication network, transmitted to anywhere in the world, which realizes the remote control in deed.
