· QLC70-8M Hot Oil Unit is developed by JEREH on the basis of advanced technology and ripe experience of foreign hot oil truck. It is mainly used to carry out cleanout operation.

· The main components of the hot oil unit adopt international famous brand, which improves the working ability of the equipments greatly. The hot oil unit is highly automated and equipped with electrical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and transmission system. All control devices are installed on control console and can be operated easily.

· The piping of equipment is designed reasonably and can meet the different working requirements, such as high temperature & high pressure, high temperature & low pressure, low temperature & high pressure and low temperature & low pressure.

· The equipment features high thermal efficiency. It far exceeds domestic similar equipments in thermal efficiency.

· The temperature can be automatically controlled. The equipment provides automatic detection and alarm functions. It stops automatically to assure the safety of equipment and personnel in case of overpressure.

· The Hot Oil Unit is designed to carry out cleanout and heat treatments in land or desert oilfield. Its main applications are as following: 
   >Clean the wax and other objects in piping.
   >Clean piping by pumping hot oil into piping before maintenance of oil well.
   >Supply pressure directly because a high pressure pump and oil tank are equipped.
