·This frac blender(fracturing blender) is mainly for sand control of offshore and land well applications. The delivery medium is sand-laden fluid.
·The frac blender(fracturing blender) is designed as separate structure. The main skid is comprised of engine, transfer case, fuel tank, control panel, agitator tank, sand conveyer, centrifugal pump, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, liquid chemical additive tank, screw pump, drymeal conveyer. Then auxiliary skid is comprised of sand tank. Both of the skids are connected by taper pins, and just disassemble the joint shaft when both skids need to separate. It's convenient for lifting and transportation and meet the requirements of offshore platform application.
·Being easy and reliable, all the operations are gathered in the control panel, which can be conducted by only one person. The control panel is equipped with various instrument and gauges of engine, hydraulic system, which facilitate the operator to real-time monitor the running status of the unit. The microcomputer control system can realize the real-time monitoring, controlling and recording the related data of proppant concentration, density of mixed sand, flow rate, capacity of conveying sand (instantaneous & accumulated), additive chemical liquid volume (instantaneous & accumulated), additive chemical drymeal volume(instantaneous & accumulated). All these assure the quality of job.
·Equipped with emergency shutoff device and spark catcher, which particularly meet the anti-explosive requirements of offshore application.
