·The skid mounted frac pump is a new generation of fracturing equipment developed by Jereh Group independently with much experience of domestic and overseas manufacture technology and mainly used to do fracturing job, etc.
·The skid mounted frac pump can be capable of operating in ambient temperature ranges of -30 ℃ to 50℃ and suitable for the requirement of driving in the oilfield jobsite and desert road.
·Two sets of remote control system, including one portable type remote control box and one remote control box provided by the Instrument Van. The systems can control several sets of on-line fracturing trucks through Ethernet.
·This skid mounted frac pump is of reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, reliability and easy to operate. It is the ideal choice for the fracturing operation in the land oilfield.
·The main parts and instruments are imported components, which improves the capability and usage life of the unit. This unit mainly consists of chassis, deck engine, transmission, control boxes (remote and local), and triplex plunger pump.
·The remote and local control boxes can display the parameters of discharge pressure and discharge rate of triplex plunger pump, besides the parameters of the engine and transmission. The remote control box can display the curve of the discharge pressure and discharge rate to monitor the running condition of the unit in real time. All the instruments have the round-the-clock, proof sand and resisting shake protection capability.
