It could conduct such as mixing slurry, injecting slurry, replacing slurry, setting, well cleanout and cutting re-injection, etc.

·This Skid Mounted Double Pump Cementing Uint is equipped with Automatic Mixing System( AMSⅡsystem).The AMS system with the function of quick conversion between the manual and automatic shift is developed by Jereh independently, which is designed in the way of dual variable control, which improves the work efficiency and is easy to operate.

·All the internal parts of the power end of the triplex plunger pump is lubricated by a gear pump driven by the PTO connected with the side of the transmission.
The fluid end is lubricated by pressurized oil supply.

·The whole equipment is designed to meet the requirements of explosion proof in the offshore oilfield and is suitable for the ZONE2 of ATEX standard.

·The main components, hydraulic parts and instruments are all imported products with high reliability. The control panel is equipped with various instruments and control valves, which can realize the centralized control and be convenient to operate.

·This skid has ERAD and emergency shutoff device. When the data from high-pressure manifolds exceeds the set data of the safe pressure, the engine will get back to the low speed automatically. No matter which shift the transmission is set, push the replacement button, which makes ERAD back to normal and once any hazard occasion occurs, ERAD will have the engine shut off immediately.
