Jereh set up the after-sales service and repairing team in 2000. They are dedicated to provide professional technical support and repairing services to oilfield and mining equipment users. Up to now, there are 50 service engineers working around China. With accumulated working experiences for years, Jereh’s service engineers are now familiar with the imported equipments used in China oilfields and mining industry. They are capable of providing technical solutions for power driveline system, hydraulic system and control system as well as inspecting and repairing the whole unit and component assemblies on site to dramatically shorten downtime for the customer. Jereh is also capable of dispatching service engineers to customer’s site to provide technical service including on site operation instruction, repairing, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical training, etc.
