Laishan District held the Industrial Economy Observation and Emulation Conference at Jereh facility. Mr. Sun Weijie, the Board Chairman of Jereh Group made the speech and Mr. Duan Dawei, the chief secretary of Laishan government highly praised Mr. Sun Weijie and Jereh Group.

Jereh Group attended the 10th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE 2010), with the 500m² magnificent exhibiting booth and advanced products, Jereh became the star of the conference that attracted most visitors. By this conference, Jereh exhibited the mature and advanced Direct Fired Nitrogen Pumper, Fracturing Unit, Double Pump Cementing Truck, Hot Oil Unit, Multi-functional Mixing Truck and independently developed Control System with Jereh’s patent. These products were the state-of-the-art of oilfield equipments and highly praised by the visitors from the world.

Mr. Sun Weijie, the Board Chairman of Jereh Group, was awarded the title of "Laishan District Top Ten Outstanding Model" by the CPC Yantai Laishan District Party Committee and Yantai Laishan District Government. This was the first time for Laishan District to commend outstanding models who had achieved outstanding results and made significant contributions to the economic social development since its foundation in 1994.

Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Private Enterprise" by Shandong Provincial Government, a total of 11 enterprises obtained the honor in our city. These awarded private enterprises' growth rate of main economic indexes in 2008-2009, such as corporate total assets, owner's equity, operating income, total profits and paid taxes, was at leading positions in the their own industry within the province.

The CPC Yantai Laishan District Party Committee and Yantai Laishan District Government carried out the activities to learn from Jereh Group and Mr. Sun Weijie in local district. Mr. Zhang Jiangting, Mayor of Yantai City, and Mr. Cai Guohua, Deputy Mayor of Yantai City, arrived at Jereh Industrial Park for inspection. Mayor Zhang Jiangting communicated with Mr. Sun Weijie, the Board Chairman of Jereh Group, on the research, development and manufacture of offshore petroleum equipment, and spoke highly of Jereh's practice of independent innovation on oilfield equipments by mastering core technology.

The United Front Work Department of CPC Shandong Provincial Party Committee held the Praising Conference in Jinan city to honor the Shandong outstanding builders who contribute to enhance the social progress with Chinese Characteristics. Mr. Sun Weijie, the Board Chairman of Jereh Group, was awarded the Medal of "Shandong Outstanding Builders", and received Honorary Certificates issued by the Conference.

Yantai Jereh Compression Equipment Co., Ltd. was incorporated, which is a high-tech enterprise engaged in research and development, manufacturing and sales of natural gas compression and transportation equipment, and assembly of centrifugal compressor.

The Allison transmission China distributorship authorization ceremony for Jereh was held in Yantai international exhibition center on August 31st. Since then Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd has become the master distributor of Allison transmission in China.

Mr.Chen Zongxing, the vice chairman of China State Congress, visited Jereh. After having been reported by Mr. Sun Weijie, the board chairman of Jereh Group, on the history and current status of Jereh, Mr. Chen Zongxing highly approved the whole growing course of successfully participating in the domestic and oversea market for top level oilfield equipment by actively acquiring core techniques, innovation, learning from others.

Yantai Ruizhi Software Co., Ltd. was incorporated and is engaged in development and sales of PC software, technical consulting, technology transfer and technical services.

Yantai Jereh Group participated in the Ninth China International Petroleum and Petro-Chemistry Technology and Equipment Exhibition held in Beijing. The number of participating personnel, the area of exhibition position, the exhibition table's design, and the exhibition planning had created Jereh's history. Jereh's six models products were displayed - Single Pump Cementing Truck, Twin Pump Cementing Truck, Instrument Van, Truck Mounted Sand Blender, Trailer Mounted Coiled Tubing Unit, and Truck Mounted Liquid Nitrogen Unit. Jereh aims at on high-quality products and high level corporate image display, did not only increased the overall level of the Petroleum Exhibition, but also improved Jereh's well-known in the industry.

Mr.Sun Weijie, the Board Chairman of Jereh Group, regained the Achievement Prize for Prospering the Economy of Laishan District. In 2008, Jereh Group paid 51.34 million yuan of state taxes and fees, which ranked the first in industry enterprises of Laishan District. The Prizes were awarded by Laishan Party Committee and Laishan Municipal Government to enterprises'legal representatives who made outstanding contributions to the economic development of Laishan District in 2008.

Yantai Jereh Group awarded cars to 16 excellent employees with outstanding performance. In future, Jereh Group will select no more than 20 excellent employees for car prizes every year, which shows Jereh's corporate culture of "to pay, to gain".

through the ratification and checkup by specialists of Shandong Province High and New Enterprises Cognizance and Administration Office, the financial affairs and taxes audit, and the national publicity and register procedures, Yantai Jereh Petroleum Equipment & Technologies Co., Ltd. was officially included in Shandong Province's first listing of publicly shown as the High and New Technology Enterprises and obtained the certificate.

Shandong Province Science and Technology Bureau hosted and held a Production Identification Conference for "auto acid-mix skids"and "auto control continuous batch-mixing skids", which were developed and completed by Yantai Jereh Petroleum Equipment & Technologies Co., Ltd. on its independent research and development. This Production Identification Conference was another gratifying result after Jereh's "offshore remote auto control sand control skids spread" passed the identification.

Jereh's Repairing service Base in Wushenqi, Inner Mongolia, had been completed formally and put into operation. The foundation of the base has greatly enhanced the feedback capability of Jereh's repair and technical services, and marks another new great improvement of Jereh's repairing and technical services business.

The first CRI Unit of China was developed and successfully completed in Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. on Aug 25th, 2008. Jereh is the first domestic OEM who can supply the whole CRI services as well as CRI Unit and Data Acquisition System.

The approval evaluation of the project shows Jereh has achieved the good start for continuous researching and developing new products.

The students of China University of Petroleum who were awarded the "Jereh Scholarship" paid visit to Jereh facility lead by the Deputy Secretary of Petroleum Engineering Institute, which enhanced the students' understanding to Jereh and build good foundation for further cooperation of two parties.

Approved by the industrial and commercial bureau, Yantai Jereh Equipment Group Co., Ltd. was renamed by Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. officially, which engages in fabricating, assembling, marketing and repairing of cementing and fracturing equipments; the repairing, servicing and parts supply of oilfield, mine and industry special equipments.

In the meeting of development of small and medium enterprises held by the People’s government of Shandong province, Jereh was awarded the title of "Shandong Outstanding Small and Medium Enterprise".

·October 2007,

Jereh opened the online training system to the staff. This platform consists of training and examination systems and covers every position and business procedure, from which the staff could select the suited courses according to their development strategies and current levels for self-study.
